    • Comparing it with Telling the American Story, a naturalized approach to purpose and meaning – it observes how people use, construct, orient towards meanings. Real everyday meanings, not cosmic purposes.
    • Fine-tuning argument, anthropic multiverse arguments (he doesn't buy them). Almost all the probablistic reasoning here is bogus.
    • Authors purpose, my purpose. He's a philosopher, his job is to generate this kind of stuff, he gets paid to do it. What's my excuse?
