- These guys were astonishingly ahead of their time and their work, which is now a half-century old, still seems relevant. Not sure how that even works.
- Braddock has a book, Firesign: The Electromagnetic History of Everything as Told on Nine Comedy Albums.
- Bit of an academic slog, I don't know that I really need all these connections. Oh well its a very enthusiastic and thorough telling

- OK impressive how he manages to articulate the meaning of tiny little details like sound effects (filtering, panning, etc). It's interesting if a bit much.
- Weird how I don't think I've ever heard some of their later albums (like In the Next World). I'm a bad fan! No reason to feel guilty but I wonder why.
- Cites Charles Tilly which amused me for some reason.
- Also goes into early history of The Church of The Subgenius which was a direct descendent of Firesign fandom.
