Pacifica Police Incidents

- A hack that I made with a neighbor, to put our local police blotter in a more convenient framework (he was suffering from problems with car breakins, but that's not a very good reason; this was mostly for the sheer pleasure of hacking).
- Did the first version in 2014, but then the Pacifica police decided to hide the text version of their reports and just publish images. During the Covid lockdown with time on my hands, I set out to defeat this setback for the public right to information by using Amazon's text extraction service, leading to a near complete rewrite.
