- A term used by Rudy Rucker, with both mathematical definition but it also is a certain quality of the cosmos, a cousin perhaps to weirdness in the WS/Erik Davis sense.
- Maybe not. I think weirdness involves a certain amount of agent-detection, gnarliness is more a function of unknowability (or uncomputability).
- Hypothesis: souls are gnarly, and gnarly things are those with souls.
